WAS KIDNAPPED FROM MEXICO CITY ON DECEMBER 3, 2007
AT THE AGE OF 8 MONTHS OLD IN BREACH OF A HAGUE AGREEMENT.

THE KIDNAPPING WAS MADE IN A VERY PERVERSE WAY BY SAMANTHA JENNIFER LOWRY, TRISTAN JOHN NIND AND JOSEPH LOWRY.

The Father of the Child, (Subject on the pending DNA test) Daniel Pavon Cuellar is a very well known Muralist and Artist for his unique Art, known as Dapacu Artist.

Samantha Jennifer Lowry in conspiracy with others, stolen also 1732 Original Fine Art Paintings of the Artist, now with and estimated market value of well over one hundred million dollars, also stolen the Artist homestead with murals that took the Artist over 7 years to paint, and also stolen all of his property, even a large collection of professional photographs taken by the artist, artworks of 27 years of work.

They have also stolen all the personal documents, even all ID´s, and all records from the Artist, to prevent him from taking any action against them.

Then, Samantha Jennifer Lowry kidnapped the Artist son, on December 3, 2007 aided with her boyfriend Tristan John Nind and her brother, Joseph Lowry.

Then, around two months later, the murder of the Artist Father less than two weeks after a hearing on the lawsuit filed against Samantha Jennifer Lowry took place in Texas.

High rank Officials have also been involved in this case such as, Meg Munn, Anne Snelgrove (Parliament Members) Tony Blair (While he was on office) Nicola Mockridge, Dawn Farr, Martin Tatuch, Cecil Kelly Scott (Consuls and vice consuls of the British and American Embassies in Mexico City.)

Rocio Vazquez Alvarez was the Director of Family issues in the Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores In Mexico City, and being the Central Authorities of Mexico.

Meg Munn, Anne Snelgrove, Martin Tatuch, Nicola Mockridge, Cecil K Scott, Rocio Vazquez Alvarez, are material witnesses to the events. The father Daniel Pavon Cuellar contacted them since around June 2007 and reported the fraud and crimes committed against him and his family, Daniel Pavon Cuellar also forward them evidence and records.

A Lawsuit has been filed against: Samantha Jennifer Lowry, Scarlett Lowry, Jemima Lowry, Susan Gail Lowry, John Auriol Lowry, Joseph Patrick Douglas Lowry, Joe D Milner, Andrew Westbrook jointly and severally with the Milner Law Firm. The lawsuit is for Theft, Fraud, Kidnapping and Murder, as well as over 30 crimes jointly and severally committed to obtain millions of dollars on profits by fraud and theft.

The High Court of England will hear the case under the Hague Convention Proceedings Daniel pavon Cuellar Commenced on May 2008 with the administrative authorities of ICACU who enforce the compliance with the International Treaty of the Hague Convention on civil aspects of international abduction of children.
