Justice Hogg is to hear the case of the kidnapping and child abuse of Sebastian Pavon Cuellar who was kidnapped from Mexico in breach of an International Settlement Agreement under Hague Proceedings ordering the child to remain in Mexico.

Justice Hogg has the evidence on line and on file in the High Court of justice of England.

A hearing is expected to take place before Justice Hogg later this month
